Umazan zračni filter je razlog št. 1 za okvaro sistema HVAC. Umazan filter omejuje pretok zraka v upravljalnik zraka vašega sistema HVAC. Ta omejen pretok zraka dodatno obremeni motor ventilatorja naprave za obdelavo zraka in lahko sčasoma povzroči izgorevanje motorja ter povzroči pregrevanje vašega sistema in končno odpoved.
