Un filtre d’aire brut és el motiu número 1 de la fallada del sistema de climatització. Un filtre brut restringeix el flux d’aire al controlador d’aire dels sistemes de climatització. Aquest flux d’aire restringit fa que el motor del ventilador del controlador d’aire s’esgoti més i, amb el pas del temps, podria cremar el motor i provocar que el sistema es sobreescalfi i, finalment, falli.
