Un filtro de aire sucio es la razón número uno de falla del sistema HVAC. Un filtro sucio restringe el flujo de aire hacia el controlador de aire de su sistema HVAC. Este flujo de aire restringido ejerce una presión adicional sobre el motor del ventilador del controlador de aire y, con el tiempo, podría quemar el motor y provocar que el sistema se sobrecaliente y, en última instancia, falle.
